Discuss:
a.Canelim Capsules
(0.2-0.4 g/kg) can boost the phagocytic function of
phagocytes in abdominal cavity of mice. On the contrary,
Cyclophosphamide inhibits it. When combined, Canelim
Capsules can partially reverse this inhibition effect.
b.Low dosage of Canelim Capsules(0.1 g/kg) can increase
the spleen index. But this function is not apparent
in middle and large dosage. Cyclophosphamide, in dosage
of 5, 20mg/kg, decrease spleen index. When combined,
Canelim Capsules can completely reverse this inbition
effect.
c. Middle and large dosage of Canelim Capsules (0.2,
0.4g/kg) can increase splenic lymphocyt proliferation
rate. On the contrary, Cyclophosphamide can obviously
inhibit it. The inbibition rate arrives 53.4% and 56.9%.
When combined, Canelim Capsules can completely reverse
this inhibition effect.
Conclusion:
Canelim Capsules can
boost both specific and non-specific cellular &
humoral immunity. It can also reverse the immunity inhibition
caused by chemotherapy.
